Set to be a feast for the senses, this year’s Potato Days promises to be an unforgettable celebration of all things potato, where over 20,000 eager attendees will gather to revel in the delightful flavors and creativity of food trucks. NOTE: Space is limited and is first come, first serve. Your space is not officially reserved until your entry fee is paid in full.
To be eligible for space you must be an Idaho registered business in compliance with Idaho’s food and safety guidelines.
Cost: $375
Setup: Friday Sept. 20 | 6am-4pm
Teardown: Sunday Sept. 22 | 4:00pm – 9:00pm
Food trucks will serve the public on Friday evening, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday.
Early Birds: Register and pay before June 31, 2024 for $50 off your vendor fees.

2024 Food Truck Guidelines
- You must provide your own power. Plan to bring a generator and enough fuel to power your equipment throughout the day (and overnight if you use a fridge).
- Abide by all city and state codes for food safety. Contact Central District Health with questions. https://cdh.idaho.gov/
- This year, you’ll have more time to setup! Arrive on Friday Sept. 20 between 6am-4pm and Jessi will show you to your space. NOTE: You’ll also have a vendor map for pre-event planning.
