Terms of Service for PD 2025

Welcome to Potato Days 2025

Potato Days (PD) is a family-friendly festival hosted by the United Potato Federation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing tickets, registering as a vendor, volunteering, or attending the festival, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

2. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
  • Tickets are transferable but may only be used once. Re-entry to the event will require a valid wristband.
  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

3. Vendor Terms

  • Vendors must submit a complete application and pay all required fees to secure their booth space.
  • Booth assignments are provided six weeks before the event and are non-transferable.
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional booth.
  • Any items or activities deemed inappropriate by the organizers must be removed immediately.
  • Vendors must adhere to local, state, and federal laws, including tax compliance.
  • All sales conducted during Potato Days are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

4. Code of Conduct

Potato Days is a family-oriented event. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Disruptive, harmful, or illegal activities.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
  • Unauthorized solicitation or advertising.
  • Possession of prohibited substances or dangerous items.

Attendees who violate the Code of Conduct may be removed from the event without a refund.


5. Liability Waiver

By attending Potato Days, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The United Potato Federation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  • Participation in any festival activities, including physical or recreational activities, is at your own risk.
  • The United Potato Federation is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

6. Photography and Media Release

  • By attending Potato Days, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
  • All images and recordings may be used by the United Potato Federation without compensation or notification.

7. Force Majeure

The United Potato Federation will not be held responsible for event delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.


8. Prohibited Items

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are prohibited:

  • Weapons or firearms.
  • Illegal substances.
  • Outside food and beverages (except for medical or dietary needs).
  • Drones or other aerial devices without prior approval.

10. Changes to These Terms

The United Potato Federation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website.
